The heat and the peach sorbet

It started off as two soft peaches, too tasty to go to waste. So, they were frozen and remained so for a few days or until the craving became irresistible and the heat unbearable. It took 2 frozen peaches, half a lemon and a spoon of honey, or honey to taste. All mixed in the food processor until smooth and silky. Note: stop midway and scrape down and turn food processor on again.
Indulge selfishly or share with loved ones or trick your kids it's ice cream. I opted for the first, it was delicious.
