Fish and Onions

It's been a while since I've put something on this blog. Truth to be told I haven't done much writing or cooking lately, so there's no reason for guilty conscience. At the beginning of January enthusiastically I started a version of GOTVI in Macedonian, but the enthusiasm burnt out after the first post, something I should be ashamed of.
Anyway, there has been some sporadic cooking and plenty of recipe browsing, so I think it's high time I shared something.

Fish on an onion bed.
What you need are some fish say half medium sized fish by person. You can use any white fish or trout. Also you need about 4 large onions per 3 people and salt/peper and red pepper
Slice the onions thinly. My grandma has a particular way of slicing the onions so that they look like very long stripes. Fry the onions until they turn glassy and add the spices add about 1 tsp + red pepper. Put the onions in a baking pan so that they cover the bottom. Cover the cleaned fish with some flour and put them over the onions. Bake at 180C for about an hour
