Routines

There comes a time when change takes you by surprise and when it's time to alter the rhythm of your life.
You establish new routines, wilfully or not. You impose these routines subtly on the person you share your life with.
They can start just by putting the kettle on for tea every morning and the simple routine of drinking tea together in the morning in silence or in conversation can evolve into something more. For example, you find yourself having breakfast together simple cheese on toast and a glass of smoothie, followed or preceded  by the cup of tea, depending on the day.
It can go further. It can evolve to dinner and lunch. The meal at the end of the day shared with family, tiny or huge. It doesn't have to be anything special, whatever is leftover from lunch and a tarator or soup.
What is important is the company shared and the summary of the day and the plans for the following one.
