A very posh breakfast

At a soaring price of living I have decided to ignore reality and treat myself a very posh and unusual breakfast. One of the reasons was a guilty consciousness from the previous night when I ate fast-food. The other was a recipe I had noticed while searching for ideas for finger food. To cut long story short, here are the pears with blue cheese and poppy seed dressing.

The dressing is simple enough: olive oil, lemon juice, salt 'n' pepper, and baked poppy seeds (I might have overdone it with the lemon juice). Mix cheese crumbs and blue cheese together and add salt to taste. Peel and carve the pears, sprinkle with lemon juice so that they don't turn brownish fill them with the cheese mix and pour some of the dressing over it. Voila! Serve with bread covered in olive oil and sprinkled with dried mint. The day may take its course and the world can come to an end, I've seized my breakfast.
