When nothing can go wrong, something definitely will. Then you ask yourself "What's next?"
Lamb chops baked with basil, parsley, olive oil and lemon perhaps?
Take the lamb chops marinate them either over night or for an hour with parsley, basil olive oil and lemon juice. Be careful with the lemon juice. Put the meat and marinade in a baking bag and bake for 45-minutes.
Sip white wine. Serve with well-cleaned steamed vegetables. Your day will improve significantly. :)
