H is for Healthy, Hello...Hello Healthy :)

On the ABC of cooking I have come to the letter H /eɪtʃ/. Here you can read about a hearty healthy snack topped with honey.
Of course you need some honey, oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, limes, or any combination of these citruses. I had oranges and grapefruits.
For one serving:
1 orange 1 grapefruit 2 tsp honey
Peel the orange. Peel and dice the grapefruit, throw away any seeds. Arrange everything on a plate and top with honey.
Serve with a good movie as a side dish.
