Martini Cake Without Martini

Ingredients:
One glossy cook book, possibly with impossible recipes
One improbable recipe
One inviting photo
A crazy idea
One friend that is neither a good friend nor a best friend but more like a cathegory of her own (soulmate would be misunderstood)
A birthday
A stressful day

Without further metaphores here's how to try and prepare it.

Gather all the ingredients. Mix 250g flour with 3ts baking powder with 150g sugar 3ts vanilla sugar with 1 grated lemon zest with 4 eggs with 125ml oil 125ml lemonade. Bake it.

Take 250g sour cherries fresh and cleaned sprikle them with some sugar. Meanwhile prepare the rest of the cream. 1 pudding, 400 ml double cream, some rum/brandy and gin(i think i mixed something up with the gin)

Cut the cake in a martini glass shape. cover it with the sour cherry juice and with the sour cherries. Put the cream on it. Grate the cake's leftovers and decorate the cake with lime and cherries.

It may not look like a martini glass at all,
but it's something in which you've put a lot of effort and it takes two hours and plenty of dirty dishes to prepare but the feeling afterwards is practically priceless.
