Hot/Cold
The history of this very trendy dish goes back to a kitchen disaster, at least that's what auntie Wikipedia says. Lately this posh treat has been even more in vogue, not only with restaurants, but also with mass food producers such as DrOetker and people who enjoy cooking.
The recipe is quite simple and easy, in fact, once you read the recipe you are left with "why-didn't-I-think-of-it" expression on your face.
3 eggs are beaten with 4 spoons of sugar until white.
Melt about 200g chocolate with 125g +1 finger butter.
Add 1/3 of a coffee mug flour and the melted chocolate into the eggs.
Butter the molds and bake for 10 min at 180C.
Buy vanilla ice-cream
Serve and decorate with mint leaves.
Obviously, this treat seems to be the ugly duckling of cooking. It had stared off as an utter kitchen disaster only to turn into something good looking and delicious.
