My brother's lunch
Lately I haven't been spending much time in the kitchen. One might think I'd die of starvation. Luckily I have my brother to look after me. Though, truth to be told he has to look after himself and eat something thus cook something. This recipe is his. This is the second time he has prepared it and I must say practice makes perfect.
What do you need and how do you prepare the dish?
Half a kilo pork, cubed. Some oil, though not too much and just salt for seasoning. As a side dish you can fry up some vegetables just before putting the pork in the pan. Fry the pork over medium heat until golden brownish or until it is done(as the chef says :)). Just before removing it from the heat generously season it with salt.
This is makes an excellent Sunday lunch. (What you see on the picture is the half-finished lunch :))
