Chicken and vegetables


Don't you love when the friday is Saturday? While everyone is at work you can endulge the cosiness of the bed for a bit longer in the morning, enjoy your coffee on the sunny balcony and if you feel like it make a meal. It doesn't have to be anything fancy.

What's the dish?
It's a simple wok dish. Take some carrots peel them and cut them in lenght, take some more carrots clean them and munch them.Take 3 green peppers clean them and cut them in lenght. Take 1 very big onion or 3-4 tiny ones, clean and cut in rings. Take 1/2 kilo chicken meat, it can be breasts or dark meat. Find someone who likes to play with knifes and let them cut the meat into cubes.

Frying time
Take the wok and heat it, put some oil, put the chicken and fry it for 5-7 min, or until fried. Remove it from the heat and from the wok. drizzle little oil into the wok again. Put the carrots first then the onions then the peppers Fry them and broil them with 1/2 a glass of H2O. After 10 min add a tea-spoon of flour and stir the vegetables. Add the chicken. Order instructions for setting the table, check e-mail or facebook profile, remove the wok from the cooker. Pour the dish into a serving plate. Lunch is ready.

By the way, dont forget to season the meat and the vegetables. Also if you wish you can add a bit of soy sauce it makes the tastes come out. Another thing to keep in mind is that the vegetables need to be crispy.
